Please tell us more about what you need, what your experience level is, specific questions you have. Here are some basic websites that I use a lot, but they're not specific to NC:

Assuming you have a recent edition of the Thru Hiker's Companion or the AT Guide, you should be fine. Realize that few hostels will be open, but motels and supermarkets in larger towns will be. If you need shuttle help, the ATC web site had a decent shuttle list.

It'll be cold and dark :)
