Hi all, I am looking for some recommendations on your favorite trail journals / blogs! I have already read the excellent 2013 CDT journals by Wired and Drop N Roll. Now I'm having a hard time finding another one! Many are difficult to navigate or have a weird layout or only 10 entries, etc.

Thanks for your suggestions, also if you know anybody hiking in 2015 let us know! :banana Here are Wired and Drop N Roll in case anybody is interested.

Check out Magalicious' CDT recs at the bottom of his CDT Guide. ALWAYS a great source of trail info. He has never let me down dialing in and boiling down what I want to know. http://www.pmags.com/a-quick-and-dirty-cdt-guide

My all time favorite is OOO's (Out of Order) on Postholer: http://postholer.com/journal/viewJournal.php?sid=a9ea982e15a8a41b3aa71bd89c8f15 2f&event_id=426. I thinkk mine is decent, too, though I split my CDT into 3 chunks from 2010 to 2012: www.trailjournals.com/handlebar. Then if you really are looking for some inspiration there's Cookie and Paul's 2-hour video and a journal and pictures to go with which you can access from the links at: http://www.made-in-england.org/category/continental-divide-trail/

I rather liked Rolling Thunder's CDT journal (http://www.trailjournals.com/entry.cfm?trailname=9531) on Trail Journals though it's from 2010. His earlier PCT journal in a high snow year was even better. The fact that he was a professional journalist and had the perspective of not being from America (New Zealand) where he assumes familarity probably helped.

I agree, Jonathan Ley's journal was really good.

I am also partial to my own - southbound in 1999 and northbound in 2006 at spiriteaglehome.com under journals.
