Hi. If anyone knows about the E3 in Europe please post. Do people thru hike it? Is there a website with information for thru hikers? Any info appreciated.

Looks exciting.
Especially the eastern part.
Now that eastern Europe has opened up and I have friends who have gone there (and friends from Bulgaria, Slovenia and Hungary), I regret that the 3 times I travelled and hiked in Europe, I only got to do a short hike on the Polish/Czech border that was awesome.

Appears to me (from reading the wiki page) that the western end of that trail might be a lot of roadwalking.
Not sure though.

I'm sure you could create your own route if that is the case and substitute some of the HRP or GR10 and GR11 in there to omit many roads in Spain/France anyway.

Have fun.
Let us know how it goes.
I'd love to take my son to eastern Europe one of these years.

Thanks man! At this point, I have the camino portages and reverse of the camino into France figured out...
