Does anyone have a Mail Drop List of locations that are directly on the trail or within 1/4 mile or so from trail? I am putting together my supplies and want to generate labels etc. I want to limit my going into town times so drops closest to trail will help. Looking at drops approximately every 100 miles from Springer Mt - Northbound. Thanks to all. I'm sure this is redundant.

The only one I can think of that is on the trail is Mt Washington. Damascus is close. Hot Springs is on the trail.

Definitely Hot springs. Grocery Store, Post Office, Library, Motel, The Diner (don't miss it!), Restaurants/Bars, Outfitter all within 1-2 blocks of each other on the same street which is the AT Trail. CALL any post office to confirm CURRENT business hours. They change frequently. The web may be out of date.

Boiling Springs, PA, IIRC correctly you walk right by the post office on your way through town.
