Ok I have made (6) pot cozies, (2) Nalgene Water Bottle cozies, and a cozy for my bottle gas lantern and I still have half a roll left. I even gave a few feet to someone on here. What can I make now? I am leaning towards some sort of armor suit for the house cat.

you could make a foil helmet...
to stop MLB from reading your thoughts.:)

Make a sun shade for your car windshield. I bought Reflex for that and used the scraps to make a bunch of cozies.

Now that is funny and I haven't a clue what MLB is other than Major League Baseball.

If you have radiators for heat in your home you can place it behind them to reflect the heat.

I immediately had the same thought.

Foil hats are pretty sweet though. Damn the man!

A reflectix shirt would help you stand out in a crowd...

Take some sandpaper and scuff up the shiny surfaces a bit and you have a very light sleeping pad.Otherwise you will just sllde off....

I enjoyed my Feflectix sit pad--just stuff it into an outside pocket and you have a warm dry place to sit on a cold rainy day. Or: http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/showthread.php/81502-Reflectix

You can make a decent full-length cold-weather sleeping pad with it. Use it under your regular pad to add some R value in winter.

If you live in a house with accessible water piping or ductwork, you can always use it for its intended purpose.

I thought about a Reflectix kilt but the 16"length would be a little short for my modesty. I think I will just make foil pouches with Velcro closures

Some folks I've seen also insulate a nalgene type bottle, I am wanting to do that one as well.

Maybe make some camp shoes/booties. like puffy down slippers.

Try making a cozy for Zip-Lock bags i have made a couple and their just as easy to make as a pot cozy. do you use a tarp if so you can make a ground sheet to lay directly on the ground with your pad on top of it.

My Rocket has died, gravity has won
it used to fly straight, straight towards the sun
now it dips down towards the ground and the rocks
I keep it tucked in, tucked in my one sock

A zip-lock cozy is basically the same thing as a foil pouch with a velcro closure. make like a bivy for your sleeping bag.

padded dity sack for micro spikes.

That could double as a FBC cozie.

Just fold a 24"piece in half and tape one side. Big enough for a sit pad, keep your boil bag warmer longer, and you can put it under your hip bones when you sleep. I also use it to stiffen up the extension collar on my pack as needed.

If you have a frameless pack you could use it as support. I still like the armor suit for the cat thing though. I am in the same boat as you. All this shiny bubble wrap and nothing to do.

I have used it to make a container to hold my casserole dish to keep it hot when going to a potluck. I use velcro to keep the lid closed. Keeps things piping hot.
