Just looking for example lists of clothing packed, including raingear, excluding clothing worn, that people have carried on Thru Hikes departing after 3/15 and if they altered what was carried based on certain areas...like the White Mountains. Weights of clothes would be helpful as well. THANKS!
No weights, since I can't find the list, but here goes...
March thru Arpil:
Rain pants and rain jacket.
Light and Mid weight Capalene tops and bottoms.
Two pairs Thor-lor socks
Fleece vest.
Fleece shirt.
Hat.
Glove liners
bathing suit shorts and xtra t-shirt
May:
Rain jacket
Mid weight Capalene tops and bottoms.
Two Pairs T-L socks
Fleece vest
hat & glove liners
bathing suit shorts and xtra t-shirt
June-mid August
1 ounce plastic poncho
mid weight Capalene tops and bottoms
2 pair T-L socks
Hat and glove liners
bathing suit shorts and xtra t-shirt
Mid August-September

MW capalene tops and bottoms
2 pair t-l socks

And the whole time I was wearing 1 pair of socks, shorts, a shirt, and a baseball cap. That was in '98, pre ultralite movement... at least for me.
