I've been planning out another section hike for next April, I will be heading north from the NOC, NC. My question is are there any established campsites in the Locust Cove Gap(I think this is the correct name for this gap ) area? That is somewhere around 10 miles from the NOC. Any help?

I stayed here March 29th with a bunch of hiking buddies. We all tented and had plenty of room. There is water.

The NOC is in several towns. Do you mean Wesser, NC?
