Road Conditions this weekend in Woody gap and Neels gap

I'm heading to Springer this Friday (2/20) thru Tuesday (2/24). Wondering about road conditions up to Woody or Neels on Friday. I'm assuming the area got a good amount of snow/ice. How do the Counties do at clearing them? Will they be in good enough shape to get up?
