I am hoping to do the Wonderland Trail this summer. I have always backpacked in the Grand Canyon and the Sierras, so not much exposure to rain. I use a golite poncho and rain chaps. I would like to use a rain kilt from zpacks or mld. The chaps do not breathe well. Any thoughts or other rain systems suggestions would be nice.
Thanks
Eric

I stayed comfortable on the WT using a poncho in very heavy rain. The hoodie pack cover appeals to me as we'll.
