New 8x10 tarp: Bear Paw or Etowah?

I going with a 8x10 sil for my first tarp. I'm looking at the Bear Paw of the Etowah Outtfitters. leaning towards the BP due to the center tie outs.

I was toying with the idea of a DIY but I'm not really setup for such a project (no sewing machine) but I may try that later.

I'm sure you already looked into it but if not, consider looking at the Borah Gear 8x10. They do custom add ons for cheap. I don't know the exact price but I got 4 loops added to the corners of a bivy for $10. They are very quick to respond via email and the work is top notch. Unfortunately you missed the 25% off sale.
