Played with a Nunatak Ghost this past weekend while hiking in the northern district of SNP. It is rated at 32F and easily did that as temps hit around 28F.
The Ghost is like everything else I've gotten from Nunatak and that is as perfect as man can make it. The weight savings over the Alpinist in size long is 4oz. The dimensions are somewhat smaller:
Alpinist 55,45,38 inches shoulder,hip,foot
Ghost 46,43,34 inches shoulder,hip,foot

If you carry a camp jacket or a jacket to prevent freeze-off (you know when you hot and sweaty climbing a hill and you stop and suddenly get cold) and dont mind using the jacket as sleep wear then the 4oz saved with the Ghost can go elsewhere if you think the temps will be marginal.
I did use a balaclava when sleeping, another Nunatak piece I save just for sleeping.
