Parking at VA42 or 630

[V Eight]

I'm looking at a weekend hike from VA Hwy 42 to Hwy 311. Is there a decent place to park at 42 or maybe 630?
I'd like to park at 42 and go North. I can get picked up at 311 and get back to 42.

VA630(Sinking Creek) has limited parking, 2-4 cars. VA42 has no parking that I am aware of.
