The pics in brief:

TWIN SISTERS: Nice end of season hike. Great views of
Longs Peak. Beautiful day.

PUMPKIN HAUL: Take an organge gourd. Haul it up to the
top of the local peak. Carve pumpkin. Light. Drink
cocoa. Five years in a row of doing this trip.

Great scenery and nice tradition with the pumpkins. Now you've made me want to get back up in the mountains ...like I needed an excuse !!

Make them into jack o lanterns. :)

In all seriousness, we haul the "guts" back down. Some of my friends collect the seeds to roast. The Jack o' Lanterns are hauled down as well and used at the homes of my friends.

Thanks, Mags. Sanitas is a great spot for a Pumpkin Haul. I might have to steal that idea and use it down here somewhere. And yes, that Spongebob is incredible!
