Saint Mary's Wilderness in VA?

was wonderin if anyone had been backpacking in Saint Mary's Wilderness in Virginia?

And can give me some info on trails and such...........

I hike there all the time. The trail from the lot off rt.56 can be a little rough but coming in off the BR is fine. Water levels are good and the trails are always a bit crowded but great place to go. Also being a wilderness area, trail maintenance is minimal. Now is a great time to go with all the wild flowers blooming. I will be there next week for an overnight.
