ULA Circuit meets your criteria. They are popular on the trail for a reason.

Also could check out the Klymit Motion 60. I've been very satisfied with it.

Osprey Exos 58, though I would certainly try the Exos 48 to see if your gear might fit.

I have an Osprey Exos 48 that I use in the summer, and I love it.
The air flow system on the back sure makes a difference when hiking in warm or hot weather.
Looks like your from Florida,so you know a thing or two about hot weather

Wallet sizes tend to differ; what are you looking to spend?

I have over 300 to spend on a backpack but don't want to buy a pack just because of a brand name

Just got (and so far like) the Osprey Volt 75. I have downsized (and eliminated) at LOT of gear, so it’s fitting what I have left pretty well.

The hip belt is VERY nice – actually snugs up and holds my pack better than any other pack I’ve had so far.

Not exactly UL, but a pound+ lighter than my previous pack.

I’m sorta leery about the stretch mesh side and back pockets, though. I’m wondering if they will hold up to a full thru and beyond.

$200 at either REI or on Amazon.

One thing I'd suggest is to go to an outfitter and get fitted. Packs fit differently on different people and what may be a great experience for one can be horrible for another.

Your budget for a pack gives you a lot of leeway on brand selection.

Don't worry about the brand - worry about getting the right pack.

If you could take a long weekend and drive up to North Georgia and go to the Walasi-yi Outfitter at Neels Gap, that would help a LOT. They are right on the AT and specialize in long distance hiking gear. They have good, experienced people working there, and can set you up with everything you need and they won't overload you with stuff you don't need.

If you are still looking for a pack I have one for sale. It's a gossamer gear mariposa size large with a medium hip belt. I've only used it 3 times for over night trips, I've never used the included sit pad. I have trimmed some of the unnecessarily long straps. Asking $200 if the size works for you.
