Hey All,
I'm hitting the trail on Thursday for my first section of the year - Sam's Gap NB to US 19E. I know this is a pretty tough section, but I've been working hard to get onto shape. I think the most important thing is to know my limits and to not push too hard.
I expect that the majority of thrus are already well North of this section, but there will probably still be a lot of people about. Looking forward to the hike, and hope to see some WBers out there!
