Planing a trip this weekend to Agiocochook, which is Mt Washington to most people, and would like to know if and how bad the insects are at this time.

Headed to NH tomorrow and bringing my head net just in case this trip. I've been seeing varying reports of some or lots of bugs depending on elevation though the rest of the week looks like chilly nights which should help slow them down a bit. Best bet is to come prepared to do battle :)
They're very hungry and waiting just for you.
once you get up into the snow you should be all set.

Yup they were out last weekend, the cold weather this week and at nights will knock them back. Depending on which forecast you believe in the weather could be warm on Sunday and Monday which means black flies, it out cold and damp than fewer bugs
