I do not have a YouTube account, nor do I want one. However, I would like to post a simple video of my stove running for a little over 2.5 minutes on my bare hand. The intent is to show that it is possible to construct a stove with very little thermal feedback. I don't have a great phone. The video is fairly clear. It jumps a bit now and then as it tries to focus. Anyways, anyone interested in receiving this video via email and posting it on their YouTube channel so I can post it here? If so, PM your email address and I will send it to you. It is mp4 and 13.5 MB.

You could try vimeo.com . The problem is that any site that will host your video (especially for free) will require you to sign up for an account. But I might take a gander at posting it for you.

AnotherKevin helped me out. Thank you anyways. I posted it here:

This was the video

It is a thermal feedback demonstration. Thermal feedback is important because excess amounts is an indicator of an energy loss and a predictor of stove life. If anyone is interested I can discuss why there is very little thermal feedback in this design. If not... oh well. I will obsess alone... and have a superior stove. :D

Nice video. I know squat about DIY stoves and am the opposite of handy when it comes to such things.

Thank you

As with all things I do, I immediately see the things that I could have been done better. First off, I need a real phone. Second off, I should have lit the stove off my hand and then moved it onto my hand. Third, I should have left the light off. Fourth, I should have had a longer film. Which goes back to getting a better phone. The phone cut the video off.
