I just got back from WallMart where I picked up a #10 can of Nido for eight bucks. I also saw Klim for the same price.

Thats a 3 1/2 pound can.

Klim is an Instant Whole Milk powder. I believe it is made by Nestle.

Much bester (sic) than just dried milk powder for instant oatmeal and other things that call for milk. It is made by Nestle.

Correct. It is milK spelled backwards. Usually found in Asian stores, while Nestle Nido is found in the Hispanic stores. Both cans look almost the same. Nestle probably bought the name from another company years ago.

They are both made by Nestle. Incidentally, Klim is milk spelled backwards. Does anyone know the difference in Nido and Klim?

Klim in Spanish is nest. Maybe short for Nestle? Klim's been around since WWII, at least. I'm not sure Nestle even owned it then. It's good stuff, regardless.

Actually, it is the other powder, Nido which is Spanish for nest.

Sorry, got it backwards. At my age, lots of things get bass-akwards.
