The park does have showers for paying campers.

there are showers in the campground at the top of the mountain (the falls). it is a relatively short walk from where the approach trail goes near the lodge. just bear off to the right.
there are restrooms at the picnic area at the bottom of the mountain. are you ending a section hike here and want to shower before you ride home? discretion is the key.

The lodge has some pretty nice showers as well.

I plan on ending a hike at AFSP next Sunday. When I called and asked about using the showers up at the campground, I was told that since my wife would be driving down and picking me up, her park admission fee would entitle me to using the showers. She was very glad to hear that. :)
