Help me decide!

I have an opportunity to purchase 1 of 2 tents and I need some help deciding. Should I go with the Titanium Goat Vertex 6.5 with 102 sq ft or a Seek Outside Cimarron with 94 sq ft? The TG Vertex would cost about $100 more but I am not sure if it is worth it. I will need the tent for 2 men with an 18" stove and maybe some gear/wood. The TG states it is 102 sq ft but according to the dimensions it should be more like 132sq ft. I am only guessing that the 102 is of space usable for sleeping/sitting. Any thoughts and inputs would be greatly appreciated.

Those tents are too small. Most guidebooks recommend you each carry your own stove, so you'll need enough room to put a stove at each end. And its a lot nicer if you have room for a recliner and a little man cave area with a flatscreen TV.
