Rt 309 to Delaware Water Gap 7/5-7/10

Hello everyone. Doing rt 309 to Dwg and was wondering what are my best options for parking and shuttles. Was planning on staring at 309 and hiking north, to be shuttled back that Friday. But completely flexible to do it reversed, whatever. I'm a little worried about parking at both locations being safe. Also need a reliable shuttle for that Sunday 7/5 or Friday 7/10. Many thanks.
