Mono Strap Backpacks, what do you think of them?

Hey adventurers, i hope you've had an awesome day. What's your opinion on mono strap backpacks? Here's a review I did on one: benonadventures.com I just did the review today. I'm not a big fan of them, how about you?

Fine for day hikes, terrible for backpacking.

Fine for walking from the car to work or class....otherwise they're useless...horrible weight transfer.
