Hiking from from Pigeon River to Hot Springs

I am going to hike on the AT from the pigeon River Bridge to Hot Springs. My question is: is there some camping sites (official or unofficial) between Bluff Mountain and Deer Park shelter?

From what I recall of that area there are camping possibilities near Garenflo gap if you feel comfortable camping near a road crossing.

There are campsites along the way from Max Patch to hot springs in addition to the shelters.
