Wow, That's the most original light display I've seen in a long time. Thanks for sharing.

Whoa, I was not expecting the blue lights. That was cool. Wonder if that's real time, or if it's sped up significantly. I'd guess it's sped up.. Very cool.

It's very possible its done real time. There are computer programs writen to you can connect to home made hardware to control lights with a computer. They're designed for Dj's, but I guess you could use them for christmas lights too

I don't have speakers on my computer, so if there was music that the flashes were set to, then just ignore what I said above.

so if there was music that the flashes were set to, then just ignore what I said above. There was music. Though it is obviously not captured "over the air" by the camera, as it too clear. I suspect the person recording the video was also the home owner, so he had access to the "feed" for the music.

That is awesome. Although if he was my neighbor I would be annoyed.

to quote a co-worker, 'another damned engineer with nothing to do over thanksgiving weekend'...nice job gettting it all synched... but, like a titanium spork, over-engineered... for my taste anyway...(but still really funny.)

that's not just any engineer, that's a lighting designer. a friend of mine does the same sort of thing, only he calls it "practice". :D

WOW. is this ever cool Someone has lots of time and money!!

Honestly though, if this is a real display somewhere and I lived across the street... a couplenights or less of this and I would be going to the police..get the folks arrested if possible.

But on the internet..wow.. way cool!
