I need help finding a past medical post. I am a paramedic and was looking for a post that was placed here by an ER doctor I think from Atlanta. It was pertaining to the use of medications and treatments that could be used on the trail. This artcle was specifying what meds could be used for common illnesses,injuries and exposures. If anyone is familiar with this post or any simular post let me know.Thanks
