OCTOBER NC/TENN 70mi Newfound Gap to Nantahala Outdoor center Looking for group

I will be hiking from Newfound Gap(204.7) to NOC(Nantahala Outdoor Center)(135.0) coming up in the beginning of October. It is a 70 mile hike and what a better place to end up at than the NOC. The current plan is to park at the NOC and take a shuttle up to Newfound Gap on 441. Currently I am hiking Solo If anyone is interested in joining let me know via Message or just post on here.

I may be interested. I hiked through the Government Shutdown a few years ago and it appears it may be about to happen again. If so I am heading back to the A.T. to log more miles. I was planning on starting at Springer and heading north but nothing is set it stone.
