Hello WB! I heard that some of the water sources between Fontana and the NOC were dry? Anyone been through there recently and what is dry and what is flowing? I'm planning to be in that section later next week. Thanks!!!
I also plan on leaving Fontana next Sunday heading for Dicks creek gap. It's been very dry in the upstate of South Carolina the last few weeks and I have concerns about the water sources in that section. Anyone been through lately ? Thanks

I'll be doing Stecoah Gap to Dick's creek gap in mid October ... so I too will appreciate any report concerning the water reliability.
Planning on heading from NOC to Fontana 2nd weekend in October so interested in H2O info as well. Thanks

From the dam to winding stair all shelters had water they may be more of a slow fill than normal and at Cody gap there was water. Week of 9/ 10-14
