Blitzu I3 headlamp

I got a (rechargable) Blitzu I3 headlamp through Amzon before my section hike this Summer and found before I left that it would not hold a charge. Sent it back for replacement and got it back today marked "Box closed." Anybody else had any experience with the I3 or JKL Innovation, Inc? Is the company still in business?

A. A headlamp is on my list of things that should take batteries.
B. I don't do Amazon. If I did do Amazon, I would only buy directly from Amazon.

Shouldn't you be talking to Amazon?
