My name is Derrick and I am currently training for a NOBO thru hike of the AT in 2017 here in the Cascade mountains. I live in Seattle, work at Amazon, and have committed to doing at least one 6+mile hike with 1500'+ elevation change every week (usually Saturday mornings) until 2017.
