Help locating a certain spot (pictures)

Hello everyone, first time poster and new to the hiking scene. So far I love it and am really into finding trails that lead to a resting spot with a view! I stumbled across these two images and the only information I have is that they were taken in Scranton Pennsylvania. Does anyone recognize it?
