Looking for idea for an A.T. Custom Plate for my truck. I have only 4 characters to work with...
The following are taken...
NOBO
HYOH
HIKE
HIKR
THRU
The following are available...
SOBO (I don't intend to hike SOBO though....)

In my home state, can get a vanity plate with up to 7 letters if you choose the basic plate. Some of the specialty plates (such as collegiate plates) limit you to fewer than 7 because space is required for the specialty symbols.

Correct----but op was asking for one that had 4 letters...
hence the number of 4 letter responses along with my response.....

I suppose there's a good chance that one is already taken though.
If numbers are in play, how about:
2189 (AT distance in miles in 2015) -- you've got to figure 2189 beats the heck out of any marathoner's "26.2" bumper sticker.
