Any Tips on Paleo Meals while Hiking?

I've got a subscription to a daily meal delivery service, and after talking with them I will be getting some meals delivered for a hiking trip soon. My question to you guys is; Are there any tips for paleo-friendly meals that have worked for you on the trail? What if anything should I ask for from them to make it easier/better?
