The original owner said it was brand new, never used, purchased early 2015 online, and it was in perfect condition when I received it with the exception he hhad advirtised, that he had cut off the ice-axe loop and the shoulder strap "stow on the go" fitting for hiking poles. Neither was missed. I reluctantly decided this is not the best pack for me as I really need a larger and more customizable hhip belt. It's a sweet pack but I need to sell it to be able to purchase one that is better for me. Payment by PayPal.
