The ALDHA West inland northwest ruck in Coeur D'alene ID, specifically. There were presentations on ultralight gear, town etiquette, resupply, food, and more put on by several triple crown hikers. Break on groups discussed trails near and far. People (including me) brought loaded packs for shakedowns. With fifty plus years of backpacking, I learned new things and had a great time. So, if you get the chance, I'd recommend joining in on a ruck near you.
