here is an interesting light wieght set up,combination cup,water bottle and stove,it is used with soild fuel tabs or you can insert a small home made alcohol burner,i lost this a few years ago,i ordered 1 today for $6.88,it wieghs less than a lb,i will wiegh it when i get it,i loved this stove when i had one years ago:cool: neo

I've seen that stove posted before... nice in that it's 'multi-fuel'

btw - both links go to the stove / cup kit... you have a link for the utensils?

the one you found is a stainless steel set and it is heavy,i had a set once:cool: neo

btw, neo... I may use a bunch of the links you've come up with to develop add on to a 'guide to low-cost lightweight backpacking for new boyscouts' article I found one day... good job finding interesting stuff...
