Got a pack today , used, couldn't beat it for $10. It is missing the lid to cover the very top. If anyone knows where to get a lid for fairly cheap, or has one laying around, let me know.34286

Can't really tell what you need from the photo. Looks like three different packs stacked together. And a curious dog :) Is it a red pack on top of a gray pack or they both part of the same pack?
Some packs have a detachable "brain" and if that's what's missing, you could adapt a fanny pack or the like to use in it's place. That is if you really need the space.
Kelty brand maybe? External frame perhaps? Need more input. Useful photos would help.
