Any safe slots to park a vehicle for 2 weeks in Harper's Ferry?

You must register your vehicle with rangers at the visitors center or entrance station and pay a one-time $6.00 entrance fee. Gates are sometimes locked at night. Bizarrely, I could find this link for the FORM, but I couldn't find a link explaining the policies for parking!

Park it down at Virginia 9 and hike the few miles in. People barely know this trailhead exists and it's free.

Perhaps there is a place to park near the Amtrak station, usually they have a long term parking area.
