Dick's Creek Gap to NOC Shuttle (or vice versa)

I'm trying to put together a trip from Dick's Creek Gap to the Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC) or vice versa in late May. I need advice on parking and shuttle. I can hike in either direction.
