Hi all,
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Pat (trail name Zen, AT '15). I developed a website called atweather.org (https://www.atweather.org) for AT hikers to use for easily obtaining weather forecasts on the trail. Over the course of the 2015 hiking season it steadily gained popularity, and has continued that trend during the 2016 season.
I have now added the PCT to the site.
The forecasts are National Weather Service (NOAA) generated and tie to the specific location that you choose from the location list. That list can be filtered by trail and state...something that PCT users will almost certainly want to do, as the AT locations appear first in the list.
Please feel free to reach out with questions, comments, and reports of issues with the site. Happy trails!
