Looking for female hiking partner NOBO March 2017

I am planning on thru hiking starting in the beginning of March 2017 NOBO. I will be 18 when starting the trail and am looking for some other girls to hike with (to subdue my parents' worrying).

Are any other girls looking at starting around then?

You will find more people to hike with then you would ever imagine. Just start down the trail and by hot springs you will have your buddies lol
And prepare for snow and rain until mid may in the mountains. I was in Southern VA 2 weeks ago and it was snowing
