Snow in the Whites 5/15

I got up this AM and have snow in the front yard in just NE of Madison. Leaves aren't out, wind is cranked up and the temps 34 degrees. It was close to 80 on Saturday. Based on the forecast I wouldn't be surprised if Kathadin doesn't get significant accumulation

A good reminder for those thinking about an early SOBO that the weather is pretty unpredictable in the spring in the NE

Glad I turned the water off at my cottage before I left for this trip! It was 34 this morning in northern NJ, good thing we are in a hostel waiting for it to warm up some before heading out again :) I didn't pack for temps quite this cold.
