Fallen arches??

Lately I've been feeling more pressure on the inside of my knees and ankles. A few years ago I cut the nerve in my left calf. That caused neuropathy much like plantar's fasciatis. So I have some leg problems. I'll make an appointment with my general physician and get a refferal for a foot doc.
But I'm curious if any of you have gone thru this and what happened.
