Tape was recommended for blisters. It didn't work for me. PM if you are a fan. The roll originally had 13 ft and I think I used 1-2 ft.

That tape won't be great for blisters but IS a good alternative for knee braces! Sending PM.

Leukotape is great for blisters. Kinesiotape is used to tape up muscles. I use it in place of bulky knee braces to keep my troublesome kneecaps in place (they tend to move around). You can also use it to reduce swelling on shin splints, I've taped up painful arches, and I carry some for medical tape over gauze as well. Multipurpose. It's stretchy, so more comfortable than other bandages for me.

It seems a little new agey but frequently-injured competitive dancers I know absolutely swear by it. There's a bit of a learning curve, but my PT taught me how to tape up my knees.

I also have a roll of Leukotape... but I'm keeping it, as it is great for blisters. :) The Kinesio tape is NOT the same as Leuotape.

Sending the Kinesio to LA.Lindsay. Glad to get it out of the house and it is going to somebody who can use it!
