It's been some time since I posted fellas. My family moved from Maine to Oregon just after Christmas last year. We are a very busy outdoor family. Here are some of the places we have seen so far.

The wife took the kids to Crater Lake National Park over the Memorial weekend.

Here are some pics of Opal Creek Wilderness in the Willamette Valley. There is an off the grid town here called Jawbone Flats. It is an old mining community that is now a conservation area. There are a lot of old mines throughout the area and also remnants like old machinery and mining equipment that was used many years ago.

Here we are heading in to explore Skylight Cave in Sisters, Oregon. Its an old lava tube with a few holes in the ceiling that allow sunlight to beam through the cave at certain times of the day.
