I like to wear a bit more of a pantie liner ( at 64 it's necessary ) on long hikes I get very sweaty and my pad comes loose. Anyone know of a store that still sells the old fashioned sanitary belt and pads ? Kind of a gross subject but is an issue for me.

They are not a disposable option, but it sounds like they stay in place better than your current option. This might not be an option you are interested in, but it is a possibility.
