In the Four Mile Campsite (four miles south of Harper's Ferry) a creepy looking ziplock bag of pickled green beans strung up bear-bag style on a spool of kitestring. At first glance it looked like fingers.

Realistically, I have a feeling it was a way of someone doing some trail magic from their home garden. I've been the beneficiary of such trail magic before. I remember the time that we got potatoes wrapped in foil once.
