If willing to look beyond the typical no cook tortilla roll ups/wraps, pepperoni, etc and not wanting to spend much do re mi one might consider these alternatives from Outdoor Herbivore.

For B fast. Divide the single serving portions in half to extend value.

AppalaChia - https://outdoorherbivore.com/appalachia/

Ginger Chia Gooey - https://outdoorherbivore.com/ginger-chia-gooey/

Chai Oat Crunch - https://outdoorherbivore.com/chia-oat-crunch/

Coconut Chia Peel - https://outdoorherbivore.com/coconut-chia-peel/

These above four no cook B-fast sections can be ordered together for a reduced price break than if ordered separately.

Toasted Sunburst Museli https://outdoorherbivore.com/toasted-sunburst-muesli/

For a lunch or dinner:

Sunny Sunflower Salad - https://outdoorherbivore.com/sunny-sunflower-salad/ Not your typical "salad!" If growing trail sprouts or buying sprouts on the fly add them in for greater nutrition. Adding a dollop of rehydrated dried hummus or roasted coconut flake will do the same adding calories and raising cal/oz ratios.

Not sure I'll ever go no-cook, but interesting options. Lots of stuff on their website.
Thanks, DW.

The average medium sized rural supermarket has enough shelf stable, ready to eat food to last the average person months. Probably years.
Just look! Little Debbie's and Pop Tarts head the list.
