Hey everyone,
I am working on my newest site, one dedicated to healthier trail cooking. It has a number of recipes for low sodium cooking, vegetarian and vegan cooking, along with a gear and how to section. I will be adding more to it as I have time.

Let's just say that in winter (and it has been very rainy this winter!) I go stir crazy and do my best creative thinking.
I am hoping to get a bit more up. I was going to wait to take it live..but I love to share ;)
