For $19.99, after trying one on, I decided to buy one.

Just big enough my other layers fit.

Ran water over it in the sink and it stayed dry.

Now for a walk in a rain storm to see how it works there.

But it it is a good price point and I needed a windbreaker.

Anyone else trying one?

note that the rain resistant coating appears to wash out fairly fast.

But if you don't wash it ... or if renewing cost more than $20, it seems worth s try.

My pleasure. Next I'm waiting for heavy spring by rain and will try it out in that.

I will report back.

I would note that it looks and feals much like the newer frogg toggs I saw at Cabelles when buying a tackle box for my daughter.

I ordered one last night. For $20, it's worth a shot, even if I only use it for walking the dog, etc.

I have the 32 degree long underwear and it's great. Will swing buy Costco to check out this jacket. Looks to be a step up fro Frogtoggs.

Interesting info. I saw those the other day and thought they looked like a good lightweight option.

I bought both my kids the 32 Degree thermals a few months back and they love them. They actually use them for PJs most of the time but they seem to be a great lightweight base layer. They were less than $10 for top and bottom combo in kids sizes.

I look forward to a field test report when you get a chance.

Mine arrived yesterday. Looks very impressive, especially for the $20 price tag. I'm taking it this weekend on a backpacking hike with rain predicted. We'll see how it fares. Can't be worse than some really expensive ones I've owned.

My wife likes the looks and feel of it so much, and the price, she asked me to order her one today. About to do that.

Looking forward to your reports.

So far no rain to test them in, but like the feel, weight, and 5 pockets.

I tried to use mine in the rain but the rain went away.

Ran water over it in the sink but that didn't tell me much except it works in the short haul.
